Terms of use.
You are welcome to explore everything here in your browser and to share the links. The work itself, the films, the code and the models, belongs to ADTIMAGE.
What is ours
Unless a credit says otherwise, everything on adtimage.ca is © 2026 ADTIMAGE, all rights reserved: the films and stills, the text, the design, the source code of the site and its 3D engines and shaders, the 3D and AR models, and the data products we make by processing, combining and presenting public records.
What you may do
- View the pages and use the interactive maps, the twin and the AR models in your own browser or device.
- Share links to any page, and quote a short passage with a credit and a link.
What needs our written permission
- Copying, downloading for reuse, modifying, re-hosting or embedding our code, engines, shaders, models, films or data products.
- Scraping the site or its data files, or loading them from another site.
- Reverse engineering or re-packaging the engines, beyond what the law allows regardless of these terms.
- Using any of the above to train or tune AI models.
Open data stays open
Many pages are built on open public data, credited where it is used, under licences such as the Open Government Licence - British Columbia, the Open Government Licence - Canada, the Open Government Licence - Vancouver, Copernicus data terms and the Open Database Licence for OpenStreetMap. That source data stays available from its publishers under its own licence, and nothing here limits your rights to it. Where a licence asks that data derived from it be shared under the same licence, that part is offered under that licence. These terms cover our own work: the processing, the design, the code and the presentation.
Information, not advice
The maps, numbers and models are for information and storytelling. They can be incomplete or out of date, and they are not engineering, legal, financial, investment or safety advice. Check with the publishing agency before you rely on any figure.
Brands in the films
Brand names and marks in the commercials belong to their owners and appear here as part of our portfolio.
Licensing and questions
To license a film, a model, an engine or a data product, or to ask about anything on this page, write to us. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and of Canada.
